I am not one to give up on a podcast, and today I was won over by this very podcast that I criticized in my previous review. (See Entrepreneur Showdown Podcast)

Listening to the August 12th podcast I was prepared to listen to a long drawn out discussion, but instead I heard some great content discussed and done in a way to keep my attention. As round one was left with the information given, and it left me wanting more information and to explore the topic further. Discussing the content for round two was short and to the point, I felt they gave a clear message on what they felt about the topic and I felt they gave compelling arguments on both sides and in a short amount of time.

Round three, the interview with John Lee Dumas of Entrepreneur On Fire, gives a lot of information. What I liked about this interview is exactly what I have been looking to get. If you have listened to John’s podcast or even all the podcasts that have interviewed John you should know his story by heart now. This interview showed a different side of John that no other interviewer has brought out. If Dan and Joe continue with this type of compelling interviews, Entrepreneur Showdown will live up to its name. I look forward to their next podcast and what they are able to bring out in that interview.

    Agreed, Eric.

I thought this episode was spot-on and showed a different side to John from EoF. I listened to this while in the air and really dug it. 🙂

    • I love those interviews that do not tell the same story every time you listen to them. Knowing the back stories and how they came to be where they are is good but an interview that can pull more from the story or pull out a different perspective is always good. Thank you for the comment.
