We wanted our salespeople to actually use the CRM we’d invested in. They wouldn’t. We just wanted to stop dropping leads.
And we wanted to streamline and automate recurring business processes so that we could feel confident that our policies and plans were being followed and no balls were being dropped. Couldn’t find anything.
So, we put our heads together and just a few short years of non-stop, eye-crossing, finger-bleeding software development later, ONTRAPORT was born.
